You host a Botox party with 4-10 other people in your home. I will come and provide injections of Dysport to the forehead, 11s (between eyebrows) and crows feet that reduce the appearance of wrinkles and give your face a smoother, younger appearance. 

What is a Botox Party?

A Botox party is essentially bringing the office or spa to your home. Being in your own home and with friends makes the experience much more comfortable and relaxing. Hosting a party is a great way if you or friends are experiencing injections for the first time. Having friends and family nearby can provide the support and often jokes needed to enjoy their first experience or just make the process much more enjoyable if you receive injections regularly.
 

Any Botox party I am involved with will have measures in place to ensure safe and effective treatments. As long as a clinician, like myself, is performing the treatments, there is no need to worry about having Botox in a home setting. I will go over your medical history and medication use, as well as explain expected results to help you determine if Dysport is right for you.  After the party, I will make sure you have my contact information so you can follow up with me if you have any questions.

What does Dysport do? 

Dysport is a form of botulinum toxin type A, made by Galderma, that is used to soften and relax facial lines and wrinkles for a period of 3-4 months, on average.  While Dysport is relatively safe when given by an experienced clinician, side effects can occur which is most commonly mild bruising at the injection site.  The numbing cream I use is prescription strength, so patients feel more comfortable while receiving their injections.  Keep in mind that drinking alcohol before getting injections can increase your tendency to bruise afterward. It could also prevent you from fully understanding the risks and benefits of the treatment, so I encourage patients to wait until after I administer their injections to enjoy a glass of wine at a Botox party.
